I have been in the fitness/health industry for 30 years and even before that side by side with my mom teaching Jazzercise in the early 80’s! I have worked in many aspects including physical therapy, group fitness instruction, personal training, health coaching, college instructor, fitness center director, and gym owner. I have owned/operated Minnewaska Fitness Center since 2004.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Science Degree in Fitness/Sport Management with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology. I am currently enrolled in an additional master’s degree program, Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

My husband and I also own a couple of other businesses in the area. We have three boys and one granddaughter. I love spending time with family, being active outdoors and on the lake!
