12:10-12:50pm HIIT/Tabata (High Intensity Interval Training) Circuit Strength Tread & Shred (Limited to 5 People)
5:15-6:00pm Define You Cardio Combo Define You

Our classes are designed for everyone!  Instructors will show modifications to exercises to provide you with a safe and effective workout.
