Low Impact Cycle
A beginner cycle class for those who have been wanting to try cycle classes but unsure or who are recommitting themselves to getting into shape or those who have some joint pain or limitations and need low impact options. Tuesday morning class is a 30 minute intro low impact class and Thursday night and Sunday afternoon are 60 minute classes.
Spin Class / Cycle
A 45-minute ride for cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike tension. Enjoy the many benefits of this exercise while having a blast in a lively atmosphere with great, motivating music and instructors.
(Low Intensity For Everyone)
Fun with fitness and friends. Move to the music through a variety of exercises to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Upper body strength work with hand held weights, tubing or ball may be used.
Senior Strength, Stability & Stretch
This class will work on functional strength, muscle endurance and core stability using hand held weights, band or tubing, bodyweight exercises and chair for support. Class will included balance work, flexibility training and final relaxation.
A unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a chair. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing poses, forward and backward bends, side extensions, balancing, and leg and arm stretches. Gentle Yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions.
NON-CONTACT. The perfect total body workout using basic kickboxing, boxing and martial arts movements. Kickbox includes non-contact combinations of cardio, punches, and kicks, defensive movements, partner drills, and core conditioning. Come ready to sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and burn hundreds of calories!
This unique program combines real boxing and kickboxing techniques with a variety of intense cardio and strength exercises. You will be given boxing gloves and mitts to have contact punches and kicks. Fighter class works participants in a “constant state of fatigue” which is used to build the fastest metabolism possible. This program uses the greatest amount of muscle and variation possible.
Power Step & Sculpt
A step program designed to push your cardio edge into high gear and attack the legs in every plane of motion, both on the step and on the floor. Utilizes weights to challenge and sculpt those upper body muscles. Strengthens the heart, increases bone density, improves coordination, and tones the body, with every step and press you do!
A new 45 minute, music driven workout format that will challenge all your major muscle groups by using a barbell system, dumbbell work and more. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Butts & Guts
A fun class that focuses on those trouble areas! You will work abdominals, glutes, thighs and hips in between fun, intense, and energetic bouts of cardio.
Never get bored. This classic cardio workout combines choreographed cardio formats that may include low and higher impact moves. Fun and energizing music to keep you moving. Some toning, core workout and stretching always included.
High Intensity Interval Training
Focuses on exercises that use major muscle groups, compound movements, and high intensity movements that tap the energy sources inside the muscle allowing you to achieve amazing results. HIIT is 20-180 seconds of high intensity work followed by a recovery period. Get remarkable results using variety of training techniques such as body weight, kettlebells, Med Balls, rope and more. Using both your aerobic and anaerobic systems to take your fitness and fat loss to the next level, boost your metabolism and burn calories for hours after your workout.
