About Me:
I have had the pleasure of teaching teaching both senior stretch and yoga at M.F.C. After I retired from Canadian Pacific railroad in 2008 and started looking for something new. I decided to volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and I would try senior aerobics and yoga. Both of these activities have become important parts of my life. The two classes I take at Minnewaska Fitness Center are part of my Monday, Wednesday and Friday routine. Exercising in a group is a terrific way to start the day. Plus I’ve met a lot of very nice people. I plan to be a regular at M.F.C. for many years.
